Who It’s For

This weekend is for all levels of movers, teachers, or professionals who want to level-up how they train or teach.

Maybe you’re asking yourself questions like:

  • Why am I limited in my acrobatics?

  • Why can’t I get past certain skills?

  • What’s causing my plateaus, and how do I fix it?

  • How does this specific exercise benefit me and my goals? Why do we do it?

This intensive can help if you:

  • Feel stuck in your training and want a clearer map for improvement

  • Want to understand why specific exercises work, and how they grow your acrobatics, handstand, and strength skills

  • Want to improve your ability to assess limitations and progress, for yourself or others

YOUR TEACHERS

  • Robert brings over a decade of teaching experience and a deep understanding of human physiology and movement science.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, his work bridges evidence-based training with the art of real-world application.

Robert helps practitioners and coaches identify where strength or mobility limitations are holding back skill development, and how to design training that moves past those plateaus.

His teaching balances clarity, precision, and practicality, helping participants not just learn about movement, but also transform the way they train and teach.

  • Matt has spent over 15 years teaching people how to move, beginning his journey in 2008 after earning a BS in Kinesiology

His mission is simple: to remind people they’re far more capable in their bodies than they imagine.

Matt has worked with clients from beginner to professional levels, including Oscar Isaac (Star Wars, Dune) and Jake Lacy (The Office, White Lotus). Previously, Matt was a lead teacher for Ido Portal’s US Seminars, a CrossFit HQ coach, and a professional firefighter and ski patroller. He’s currently a student in Marcello Palozzo’s Human Movement Studies Program and continues to refine his craft while running Ape Co Movement School.

When he’s not teaching, Matt can be found climbing, skiing, and moving with his wife and three energetic kids in the Colorado mountains.
