Availability:
We’re typically available for calls between 1-4 pm MT (because we’re likely teaching classes the other times!) Feel free to text us outside those hours, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
If you somehow haven’t heard from us within 24 hours, please give us a nudge! We’re a small business who cares deeply about you having the best experience possible, but every once in a while we miss a text or call. We’re humans after all.

For Membership Support or change requests please fill out the form below or email info@apecomovement.com.
2 weeks’ notice before your billing date is required for any cancellations and 5 days’ notice for any freezes. You can find your charge date under “Purchases” section in your Mariana Tek account.
Please note that so we can best accommodate your membership changes, we do not process any membership change requests through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp or via calls/texts.

Located in the Edgewater Public Market
You’ll find our entrance between Massage Envy and Syrup
When you walk in there is a front desk to the left, an area for your shoes to the right and cubbies on the wall to your left, as well as space in the back for your belongings
