Beginner Power Moves Workshop
This workshop is designed for individuals who are looking to expand their movement with more dynamic and acrobatic skills by learning the fundamentals of power moves. Whether you're new to breakdancing, an ex gymnast or just a movement enthusiast starting to explore advanced skills, this class will introduce you to key techniques and building blocks such as windmills, flares, and swipes. You’ll focus on strength, control, and proper form, with step-by-step guidance to help you master the basics. By the end of the workshop, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to start incorporating power moves into your training routine.
All levels are welcome!
No prior power moves experience is required, however, be sure you meet the prerequisites for this workshop:

Dashiell (Dash) Cote aka “Handstand Daddy”
Dashiell Cote is a third generation performer and artist who began his work over 15 years ago as a Breakdancer. His style combines front bending flexibility and strength in a one-of-a-kind way!
He has performed all over the world with multiple dance, entertainment, and busking groups while being based out of Phoenix, Arizona. In more recent years, Dashiell began hand balancing and entered the world of circus. In 2017, he was accepted into the Kyiv Academy of Circus and Variety Arts in Ukraine. He was the first American student to be accepted into the program. Dashiell has an ecstatic passion not only for performing, but also teaching and is always eager to share his art form with people of all ages and backgrounds.
